Q: Do you offer refunds?


A: We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or not as described. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or accidental orders.

A: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us to info@treadsureshoes.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return and refund process.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?


A: Our standard delivery time is 10–14 working days, and we ship worldwide. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to customs.

Q: Do you cover return postage?

A: Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Q: Can I exchange my item?


A: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item is faulty, we will provide a refund once the return is received and approved.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?


A: International customers may be charged customs duties or taxes by their country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
